AI GTM Engineer

We are looking for an AI GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and hands-on AI engineering — someone who can build the systems, automations, and tooling that make our sales and marketing teams faster and smarter. Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations that support sales, marketing, and customer growth.
• Integrate large language models and AI tools into the GTM tech stack (CRM, outreach, enrichment, and analytics platforms).
• Build and refine lead scoring, prospecting, and personalization systems to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure the impact of AI initiatives on revenue and productivity.
• Prototype rapidly, test continuously, and iterate based on real-world GTM results.
• Stay current with the evolving AI landscape and recommend tools and approaches that keep GT Global ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a technical, GTM, revenue operations, or growth engineering role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market motions, sales funnels, and marketing workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM and GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and scripting/integration skills.
• Comfortable working with data — querying, transforming, and turning it into actionable insight.
• A builder’s mindset: self-directed, experimental, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• University or College degree/diploma an asset
