Field Services & Smart Hands
Onsite technical support at enterprise scale. GT Global Services is the onsite extension of your IT team, service desk, NOC, project office, MSP, or manufacturer.
One urgent dispatch or a coordinated national rollout: same intake, same documentation, same closeout. Central coordination, local execution — a consistent onsite experience at every location.
Onsite IT Field Services
Four core services, delivered by qualified local technicians working from your runbook.
Smart Hands
When a remote engineer needs eyes and hands at the rack, we put a qualified technician on site. Smart Hands covers physical troubleshooting, guided tasks, console access, power cycles, visual inspection, and parts handling under the direction of your operations team. You keep control of the diagnosis. We execute at the site.
Typical work includes swap-outs, loopback tests, labeling checks, photo documentation, and escorting vendor engineers. Available as a one-off ticket or as a standing Smart Hands program with named locations and SLAs.
Network Hardware Installation
We install, replace, and recover network hardware at branch, retail, warehouse, campus, and data-center sites: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, cellular gateways, racks, patching, and console setup.
Technicians follow your runbook: unbox, rack, cable, power, basic config or zero-touch provisioning, test, photograph, and return failed gear. Useful for break/fix, IMAC, and refresh programs where shipping a specialist from HQ does not scale.
Technology Rollouts
Multi-site programs need a playbook, not a pile of tickets. We stage, install, migrate, and decommission in waves: network refreshes, POS and payment gear, digital signage, CCTV, access control, and edge devices.
One project manager, site-level checklists, exception handling, and customer acceptance at each location. Built for retail, restaurants, financial branches, warehouses, and any operator with dozens or hundreds of sites.
Data Center & Edge Support
Rack-and-stack, structured patching, remote hands, equipment install and decommission, and edge rooms in stores and plants. We work to your change window and leave the site documented.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Smart Hands service?
Smart Hands is onsite technical assistance performed under the direction of your remote team. A qualified GT technician acts as the eyes and hands at the rack: physical troubleshooting, console access, power cycles, visual inspection, swap-outs, loopback tests, and parts handling. Your engineers keep control of the diagnosis; we execute at the site.

GT Global provides onsite field services and Smart Hands across the United States and Canada, with central coordination and local execution. Coverage spans branch, retail, warehouse, campus, data-center, and edge locations.
Can GT handle multi-site technology rollouts?

Rollout programs are built for retail, restaurants, financial branches, warehouses, and any operator with dozens or hundreds of sites.
Is Smart Hands available as a one-off ticket?
Yes. Smart Hands is available as a single dispatch for an urgent issue, or as a standing program with named locations and SLAs. Either way, you get the same intake, documentation, and closeout process.
